For therapy & counseling practices
A website and intake process that turns searches into booked clients.
Most people find a therapist online, then decide in seconds whether to reach out. I build the website, booking and intake experience that makes that first step easy, so your time goes to clients instead of admin.
Free, 30 minutes, no commitment.
The gap
Where practices lose clients
Slow or confusing sites
Visitors can't tell who you help or how to book, so they leave.
Intake friction
A contact form with no confirmation, a PDF packet that won't open on a phone, days waiting for a callback.
Hard to find locally
An incomplete Google Business Profile and one catch-all page instead of pages for each specialty.
What I build
Built for how a practice actually runs
Practice website
Fast, mobile-friendly and built around one action: booking a consultation.
Online booking & scheduling
Clients pick a time themselves, your calendar stays accurate, and reminders go out without you sending them.
Client portals
A secure place for forms, documents and updates, so clients stop emailing you for every file.
Payments & billing
Card payments, invoices and receipts, and recurring billing for ongoing clients.
Workflow automation
Reminders, confirmations and follow-ups that run on their own, with a record of what was sent.
Integrations with your tools
Your website works alongside the systems your practice already runs, rather than replacing them.
Alongside the build, I cover the basics that decide whether people find you at all: separate pages for each service and specialty, guidance on filling out your Google Business Profile, and business email set up on your own domain.
Client information
A HIPAA-aware approach, in plain language
Client information deserves extra care. Here's how I handle it.
- Business email through a provider that signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), not free consumer email
- Website forms scoped to avoid collecting more than you need, with anything involving client health information routed through a BAA-covered tool
- A written scope that states who is responsible for what
- Vendors billed to accounts in your name, so the accounts stay yours
Not legal advice
To be plain about it: I'm an engineer, not a lawyer. HIPAA compliance depends on your practice's whole workflow, not just your website, so I build with HIPAA-aware practices and BAA-covered vendors and recommend you review the result with your own compliance counsel.
How it works
From first call to launch
- 01
Discover
We talk through how clients reach you now, what happens between a first inquiry and a first session, and where that breaks down.
- 02
Design
You get a written scope with a fixed price, plus screens to review before anything is built.
- 03
Build
The site, booking and intake flows are built in short cycles, so you see and shape them as they go.
- 04
Launch & support
Launch, a walkthrough for whoever covers your front desk, and ongoing support afterwards.

FAQ
Questions practices ask first
Does a website you build meet HIPAA requirements?
I build with HIPAA-aware practices and vendors that sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), but compliance depends on your whole workflow, not only your website. I'm not a lawyer, so I recommend a review with your compliance counsel.
Can clients fill out intake forms on my site?
Yes, with the right setup. Simple inquiry and scheduling forms are the easy start. Anything that collects health information is set up with a BAA-covered tool and scoped in writing.
Do you replace my practice-management software?
No. I work alongside it, linking to or embedding its booking and intake pages where it supports that.
Do you work with solo practices and group practices?
Both. A solo practice often starts with a website. A growing group practice usually adds booking, intake and automation on top.
How much does it cost?
Websites start at $1,500 and are delivered within 48 hours. Larger systems are quoted after a free consultation, with a fixed price in writing.
What about email?
I can set up business email on a provider that signs a BAA, so you're not using free consumer email for client communication.
Not ready to talk? Start with the audit.
A free 16-point self-check that takes about 15 minutes and shows where inquiries leak out and where your time goes. It runs in your browser and saves nothing.
Let's look at your site together.
Book a free 30-minute call. I'll look at your current website and intake process and tell you honestly what I'd fix first.
